Customer service is great, but our groomer MICHELLE was beyond awesome!!! She has such a great personality and attitude! Plus, she is so great with both of my poorly socialized, afraid, large dogs (who she met for the first time today). She gave my husky the BEST groom of his life (he's 8) and has previously been to highly recommended groomers before... they didn't even come close to her perfection. Hopefully she will be the only groomer, I will ever have, FOREVER!

My husband and I adopted a rescue dog that we didn't know to much about. We adopted him November 5, 2024. When we adopted him, we were told that our dog likes to lick his back paws. Upon looking at the back paws, the poor dog had abrasions.. We had to bring him to Cape Cod Veterinarian Hospital where he was put on medicine for his back paws. So we could not shampoo or groom him for weeks. Once his back paws healed, we had to get him neutered, which again we couldn't do anything for at least four weeks. He was matted and he really needed grooming, and I was very apprehensive about groomers because i've heard some horror stories. so I did some research, and I found Furry Land mobile groomers. I called them and the person that answered the phone was very professional,and very pleasant. She put our mind at ease. We got our dog groomed today. Michelle came to our house and I'd have to tell you that if anybody is apprehensive, please call them, they are fantastic. My dog loved her. He looks so good. She made our dog at ease. I would recommend Furry Land to anyone. Michelle did such an amazing job with our dog. He looks so good. Thank you so much.

Sasha was amazing! There were unexpectedly more matting in my dogs coat than we both thought initially, but instead of instantly deciding to shave her completely like other groomers would, Sasha took out as much as she could with her looking amazing! She was thoughtful to us & to my pup with her work and care. I will definitely be booking again shortly for her to take care of the rest. Also, the service is very convenient. Worth every penny!

I still cannot believe that the dog who came out of that van was our dog. Violet is a standard poodle and a knucklehead - she is, typically, a mess. We had been to several groomers and we were not ‘wow’ed by any of them. On a whim, I reached out to Furry Land and Sasha was a miracle worker. Violet has never looked so good - never. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you!

Michelle was wonderful and so knowledgeable. She was awesome with my dogs and so very sweet. You can tell how much she adores animals and it’s definitely more than just a job for her. I highly recommend this company and Michelle!

My dog has anxiety with the grooming process and Michelle did a great job of handling his behavior! She also was able to get his nails done, which a lot of other people have not been able to do! I definitely recommend!
