Update: After posting this review the owner, Jennifer reached out and was very kind and helpful regarding this situation. She was very understanding and apologetic for the lack of previous response. After speaking with Jennifer, I am happy to give this business 5 stars as the services were wonderful and my compliant was with the lack of communication. Thank you Jennifer and I will be glad to use and recommend your business in the future. Mila is my 2 pound Yorkie, this was my first time using Furryland and they did a great job, the reason for the 3 stars is they aren’t transparent about the cost, what I thought per the website would be $100, was $171, when ask why I was told she would look into it and get back to me, it has been 3 weeks and no response.

This was the first time using a pet mobile groomer and so glad I decided to try it out. Spanky was instantly attracted to Maleigha! Spanky used to be so anxious when we would pick her up from the dog wash, but she is now joyful, indicating that she was well-cared for. She smells fantastic, and her coat is simply stunning. We love that it’s right outside our home and so convenient.

First time using Furry Land for our 10 year old German Shepherd. Our groomer, Carol-Ann, was so pleasant. Our typically nervous pup felt completely at ease. Her coat looks the best it has in years. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Today was my first experience with Furry Land of Chattanooga and wanted to post this review and say that the groomer Maleigha was fantastic! She was not only sensitive to the needs of Fweet Girl but she was sensitive to my concerns. This was the first time I have had my little dog groomed and was worried because of the stories I have heard about other groomers. I will definitely be using Furry Land again!

This was our first time using a mobile groomer. She was excellent and took excellent care of our springer spaniel. He came out smelling amazing, he was happy and his shave was perfect. I’m going to use them from now on! So thankful for this experience.

Well worth the money! My Lady, is highly anxious and has her quirks, but she was treated with respect and that means everything. I'm not sure of the girls name who came out here but she was absolutely the best and took her time getting to know Lady and making her feel comfortable. She looked so cute and smelled awesome. We will always use Furry Land!
