We have 3 king charles CAVALIERS. 2 had never been groomed before today. Kimberly did a fantastic job! All 3 dogs look awesome and Kimberly was gentle with them. It was a great experience for all of us.

Natalie did such a great job grooming my dog Cooper! He is anxious and does not like getting groomed, but she was very calm and loving to him. With her expertise in grooming and having owned a poodle herself, we knew it was going to be a great fit from the start! Thank you Natalie for loving my boy and making him look so handsome! Phoenix was amazing. She gave each of our 4 puppers, including our 17 year old mini doodle, lots of personalized care and took her time making them look fabulous. She put our pups at ease. A couple were nervous walking into their spa experience at first but they warmed up to her really quickly. Phoenix fixed a couple of botched home hair cuts (compliments of my husband lol). She had lots of helpful suggestions. We were really impressed with the quality work and how the pups turned out. Our corgis and doodle loved their spa day with Phoenix and we look forward to her caring for our puppers again.

So convenient and what a great job with our high energy lab. Best of all - no residual fur!!!

I was in such a bad spot and needed an emergency groomer for my senior shihtzu, after having suddenly lost my husband. These folks not only did an incredible job with our dog, but really understood the gravity of emotions that all of us were going through, including my sweet emotional companion pet. Her late adoptive father loved this dog so much and she loved him more than me…. even though she was supposed to be MY emotional support dog. She’s got lots of issues, I live on a challenging street, in the heart of a big city and asked them to come during five o’clocktraffic. This service provider was so professional, empathetic, took her time and did the most outstanding job. I’m elated with the services they provide, as well as their professionalism and kindness.
